Review your unit 3 personal assessment of your psychological, physical, and spiritual well-being. Reflect on these areas . How did you score yourself on a scale from 1 to 10 in unit 3? How do you score yourself now? Has the score changed? Why or why not?
Review the goals and activities you set for yourself in each area. Have you made progress toward the goals? Explain.
Have you implemented the activities you chose for your well-being in each of the three areas? Explain.
Summarize your personal experience throughout this course. Have you developed improved well-being? What has been rewarding? What has been difficult? How will this experience improve your ability to assist others?

from unit 3 I scale myself a 9 and still a 9 there is still room for improvement, no activities I can really set myself for right now, if I do I am set for failure, because I have no time for myself to set activities

We all should watch that video it about Lovind Kindness by Daniel Goleman; it shows how ways you could be kind.

Meditation it something that could be tremandously beneficial to me; however, got no time or quietness around me for me to practice that assesment.

"PRACTICE WHAT YOU PREACH"

2. Describe the saying: "One cannot lead another where one has not gone himself” (P.477) How does this apply to the health and wellness professional? Do you have an obligation to your clients to be developing your health psychologically, physically, and spiritually? Why or why not? How can you implement psychological and spiritual growth in your personal life?

It like the saying you don't know what I been through if you have not been in my shoes before. No one could have tell me do this do that, if they have not gone through child birth before.
I would say. "PRACTICE WHAT YOU PREACH" Moreover, don't tell me how to loose my PREGNANCY BELLY; stomach if you don't know how to loose your own stomach.
Yes we do owe it to our client to be stable psychologically, spiritually, and physically. Don't show weaknesses. Their could be challenges but not weaknesses. Practice integral healing in our personal life then you could implement those practice to our clients, motivate them, inspire and prove to them that this concept could work for them if they practice it too. Be a witness.
My Physical body is an inspiration to many people. I may show challenges to many people but my body and mind always prove other wise.

The Integral Assesssment....

1. Practice the universal Loving Kindness (meditation) exercise on p. 93.2. Complete the Integral Assessment discussed in chapter 11 (p.115).3. Describe the exercise and assessment process. What did you discover about yourself? What area have you chosen to be a focus of growth and development? Why? What are some specific exercises or activities that you can implement to foster greater wellness in this area?
I could tell you I am stuck and I can't manage life with a child. My life is not balance right now and I have no control of that. I just have to do what every mother did in this world for centuries, take care of their children.

Close your eyes. Rest into the ease and stillness of yur mind and body, releasing all mental activity. When quiet, ask your self, what aspect of my life psycholspiritual, biological, interpersonal or wordly is the source of difficulty and sufering? Fucus in one Area.

My Focus is in my new born Child. I got to appreciate my life now; because their others who does not have it as good as I do.
I still trying to figure life out with a new born baby boy. I can't seem to implement any greater wellness. I still trying...

This week is just too much work.,..

. Discuss the connection of the spiritual wellness to mental and physical wellness. Explain how the connection is manifested in your personal life.
What I have learned and research from Ron Sterling, M.D. and the website of mental health is that
Mental Wellness = self-appreciation + resilience + affiliation + negotiation + mental and physical exercise.
Exercise, curiosity, and leisure activities have a lot in common, but they are distinct tools and skills that have each been proven to enhance mental wellness. Research has consistently shown that physical exercise protects against depression and that "leisure activities" such as reading, playing board games or musical instruments, and dancing enhance brain functioning and decrease the risk of dementia.
