1. Based on your reflections and the assessments completed in the project: On a scale of 1 to 10 (ten being optimal wellbeing) where do you rate your A-physical wellbeing, B-spiritual well-being, C-psychological well-being? Why?
I can assess myself on those. Physical wellbeing is going down the drain. I Just had a baby. Spiritual wellbeing I could do better, psychological wellbeing, I am not stable. 2. Develop a goal for yourself in each area (physical, spiritual, psychological).
Can’t develop any goals? If I do I can’t implement it, because there is someone that stopping me. Can’t go any where; can’t do anything.
To tell you the truth how don’t have any goals right now. My entire goal is for my new born baby boy to grow healthy. 3. What activities or exercise can you implement in your life to assist in moving toward each goal? Make baby stop crying all the time.
